Owen Dait has been a dedicated volunteer at The Soup Kitchen for several years, serving in a variety of roles and on different days as needed. As a member of St. Andrew’s Parish, he is committed to helping those in need and supporting the community here in Victoria. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Owen was raised by his father Roy and his mother Vicky, who immigrated from the Philippines. Over the years, he has also volunteered with several organizations in Calgary, continuing his lifelong commitment to service. In addition to his volunteer work, Owen is an investor in real estate. He and his spouse, Haydee, moved to Victoria two decades ago. Together, they believe in lending a hand wherever possible to help make life better for those around them.
