As a resident of Downtown Victoria, Wendy’s strong sense of civic duty drew her to advocate for her community as a volunteer with her neighbourhood association starting over 20 years ago; building relationships with stakeholders and working with local partners to create community connections for a liveable and dynamic community. Joining The Soup Kitchen in 2025, she looks forward to continuing to work with, and for, the community. In her professional life, Wendy is a business strategist and consultant supporting small and medium enterprises. She brings a deep understanding of business planning, strategic development, and operational execution across the tourism, hospitality, and property development sectors.
